Remember you get a free continental breakfast that includes the made to order omelet bar.

RAFFLE: We have a free raffle every year that is a huge draw for us. All vendors are required to donate $30 worth of product for the raffle basket. Drop off at our booth during set-up.

TAX ID: If you do not have a PA resale certificate you will be required to have one. Visit and file the ONLINE PA 100. In section 3 choose Transient Vendor Certificate. You will receive your Certificate within a week. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS CERTIFICATE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VEND. As soon as you receive your number e-mail it to us. If you do not have a permanent number you MUST RENEW every year!

FLIERS: If you need more postcards to hand out let us know.

POLE & DRAPE: Included in the price of your booth.

SET-UP: Set-up for our show is 8am- 8 pm Tuesday, March 24. Those vendors in the Statesman, Franklin and Fulton Rooms can move in after 4 pm on Monday the 23rd but not set-up. Those are the only three rooms we can lock at night. Palm Court cannot be locked. You may move items into the Palm Court on Monday but keep in mind the room will be open to the public with no security.

LUNCH: Hotel policy is that you may not bring in your own food. So if you do please don’t be obvious about it. We won’t be able to pay for your sandwiches in March. We’ll provide order forms so you can order either a sandwich or box lunch. The hotel staff will deliver them to your booth.

SECURITY: Guards will be provided every night for the vendors located in the Palm Court beginning Tues.

INSURANCE: You are required to have $300,000 of liability coverage. If you have business insurance all you need to do is ask your agent for a Certificate of Liability. Some homeowners policies will provide this as well. DUE March 1, 2020

Vendor Notes:



After unloading PLEASE MOVE YOUR VAN so others have access to the doors


Park in the designated spaces for vendors (there will be a map in your welcome packet)


The Pennsylvania Sales Tax is 6% with no tax on clothing.


While we are happy to have a “Show Special” during the show, your entire booth should not be on sale.


Vendor Raffle Basket. Every vendor will donate at least $30.00 worth of merchandise. Please get your raffle donation to Me or Aasta in our booth in the back of the Palm Court as soon as possible. Please don’t leave it on the raffle table.


Hours will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 27-30, 2019.


You will be able to access your booth by 8:00am each day for restocking, etc.


Please remember to turn off all lighting in your booth at the end of the day.

Please leave your signs in the booth. We’ll use them next year.
